Fix kernel range build

This small incremental update now allow to build 1.14 for normally all kernel from 2.6.32 to the latest 5.2 kernel.

If you find any variation or version of the kernel that between this range where it fail to build, please tell me!

• Add support for more recent kernel: Been build against 4.19.0 and working
• Correct some potential 32/64bit issues
• Make mmap callback function parameter more useful
• Update mmap error messages to be easier to understand
• Added mmap examples tools
