When importing Datadog Synthetic Browser Test resources like
terraformer import datadog --resources=synthetics_test --filter=synthetics_test=<id> --api-key <api_key> --app-key <app_key> --api-url=https://api.datadoghq.eu/
the "browser_steps" gets imported in wrong sequence.
Using datadog provider version 3.43.1.
