Task

Refactor Organization Defined Parameters (ODP) to improve handling of parameters in database and to replace exiting code.

Discussion

  • Every organization (org) needs ODPs/s for every catalog
  • Every system uses default ODP value unless system specific value exists (override)
  • If no ODP defined
