Could you explain more: what is the version of Windows you have, what file did you download, how did you try to install it, what step did you receive this error at? |

The file I downloaded is grandorgue-3.15.4-1.windows.x86_64.exe.I double-clicked on it to install. Hope this helps,

Hello Oleg, Thank you again for reaching out. I have tried the installation again and it was successful. I believe I know what happened.
When I started the old installation, it gave me the message that a software update was available, so I clicked to download it.
After it downloaded, I started the installation. The installation could not proceed because the program was still running, and gave me that error message. I just tried running the update install again, and it worked fine. I appreciate what you and your team are doing with GrandOrgue. Thank you for making such a wonderful program available!Sincerely, John
