Alpha release

I am excited to announce the availability of the alpha version of this minimal weather App. This is a preliminary release that is meant for testing purposes only, and should not be used in a production environment.

The alpha version contains many of the core features of the software, but it is still a work in progress and some areas may not function as expected. I welcome any and all feedback on the alpha version, as it will help me improve the final product and implement more features.
