GreenPassapp & Android version 5.0 and 5.1

Hello, my question concerns the following issue:
I installed the app version 1.0.2 based on apk from greenpassapp.eu
When opening the app: "Leider wurde GreenPass beendet"
Devices: Sony Xperia Z1 compact und Z3 tablet
Android version: 5.0.2

App-Version 1.01. works on Nexus 10 with android 5.1.1, downloaded some weeks ago form google play.

Does it depend on the android version?
Does 1.0.2 work von Nexus 10/ Android 5.1.1?

Hi, app version 1.2.0 apk from homepage greenpassapp.eu installed, starts on Nexus 10, Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet und Z1 compakt.

Seems to be a new issue with Z3, Android-Version 5.0.2: When trying to add a code with camera (or check a code), the camera displays no picture, screen remains black, saying "Halte die Kamera vor den qr-code". Camera is working with the camera app. I re-installed the app several times, nothing changed.
Adding a qr-code based on a picture works: first make a picture with the camera, then add the code via the pic.

So far no problems with Nexus and Z1, everything seems to work perfectly.
