Cannot screwdriver auto-out on chests/tanks

Expected Behavior

auto output is toggled like on machines or buffers when screwdrivered and not sneaking

Actual Behavior

Only the allow input is toggled, which should only happen when sneaking

Steps to Reproduce

Screwdriver gregtech chest or tank on the output side without sneaking

What machine did you test this on?
Did you have a cover on the side you interacted with?

It works as expected on the dev build so it might've been fixed since.

I might've just tested the latest release, close if it works on dev
