What problem does the new feature solve?

GreptimeDB already supports COPY DATABSE <db> TO to backup database, but it also needs to restore exported data.

What does the feature do?

Like COPY <tbl> FROM, implement COPY DATABASE <db_name> FROM statement.

Implementation challenges
