What type of enhancement is this?

Refactor

What does the enhancement do?

It has been a while since hyper 1.0 released. It's a breaking change and breaks almost everything comparing to hyper 0.14. Now the ecosystem has almost finished adoption for new version, we should upgrade dependencies to catchup

  • hyper 1.1
  • tonic 0.12
  • axum 0.7
  • tower 0.5

We might need to upgrade datafusion first according to #3610
