Build Font Face 0.0.1

This is a pre-release of the ToEE font face builder.

Usage: BuiltFontFace.exe somefont.otf 24 somefont-24

Where 24 is the desired pixel height of the output.
somefont-24 will be the font name used by ToEE.
You can use "priory-12" to make a fnt file that can be substitutd for priory ingame. You have to choose pixel height 12 in that case.
