Automated Imports - It would be nice if instead of having to import by clicking a button that new tickets would just show up in salesforce automatically. Right now, I'm importing once a day or once a week (depending on sales volume) so Eventbrite and salesforce are sometimes a little out of sync. I'm guessing the API prevents you from doing this . . . and that you already know this would be super cool. Just sharing my two cents.

Multiple Imports - If you can't automate imports . . . it would be really nice if when you went to import into salesforce, you could see the items you've already previously imported (and have an option to only import new items). Right now, we're selling tickets to an event over several weeks and I want salesforce to be up-to-date. So I'm doing several imports. After the first import, I had to manually look at the names of the new ticket buyers and then check them off from the list one at a time.

Address - It would be nice if the billing address was imported to the contact record. My guess is that the API prevents you from doing this (even in Eventbrite, this info is hard to get) . . . but it would be a nice feature if you could pull it off.

Customization - It would be nice if when importing, we could update other fields. For example, on opportunities, we have a "Type of Funding" field and a "geographic restrictions field" and on contacts, we have a newsletter field and a few others. Since these are custom fields, I'm guessing this would be tricky to do . . . but if you could have the ability to pull up and populate particular fields, that would be nice. For now, I'm going to have to export all items, populate the necessary fields and then update them with DemandTools.
