Sync up with the latest Pharo Cryptography version

Pharo's version shows substantial differences from GemStone's, undoubtedly reflecting years of active development.
We should sync up to it.

Unfortunately, the Pharo project https://github.com/pharo-contributions/Cryptography is no longer maintained either. It does not load anymore into Pharo 11 and a brief query in the community made it clear nobody was going to maintain it.
