Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This feature request is not related to a specific problem, rather it proposes new functionalities and content regarding the boilerplats.

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. It would be nice if the boilerplates include output graphics based on user input (e.g., matrices for each condition).

  2. An example boilerplate could be included in the docs.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I did not consider any alternatives, as I wanted to propose this to the creators and users before any precise steps are undertaken.

Additional context
This feature request is based on the report functionality of mriqc and fMRIPrep.

This is a great idea, some initial thoughts on additional items to include:

  • atlas overlap with brain when the user uses an atlas(to make sure they are placed reasonably on top of each other)
  • related; number of "missing" rois from time series generation

Adding more ideas below:

  • plots (matrices and circular)
  • maybe something related to the extracted time series and confounds
  • after create a group analysis option #35 is implemented maybe group level reports
