Transformation log analysis

Provide a more user friendly way of examining log data, to assist with identifying problem areas in input data.

Currently a summary tsv file is output each time the transformation tool is run, the requirement is to enable visualisation of this by the end user of the CaRROT-CDM tool.

Possibilities include displaying data graphically via a python visualisation library, such as plotly-dash.
