Create Auto Updater Feature that Checks Github Releases on Startup and Prompts Latest Version Install.

If the user agrees, it should download the new version, close OpenAdhan, then launch an auto-installer (or maybe just the regular installer).

Users will never want to update on their own --- and sometimes there is something worth updating for! Be it a bug fix or a new UI! 😄
