Animated Backgrounds get smushed by Party description images

Please describe the bug you encountered:

The background does not display properly for party members who are using Time Traveler hourglass animated backgrounds. A portion of our party logo shows on the right where the rest of the background should be.

Also, some outfits have elements that extend outside the background’s lower edge. The item here is the Sunset Tail, and it happens with other outfits, too.
