Description

Delete teams from the database which are not active ( have not logged in) for at least one year.

Reasons

The database won't store data for inactive teams, making it smaller and more readable.

Acceptance Criteria

To consider the issue as closed, the following tasks should be done:

Create some sort of trigger on the database which will be triggered when any team will be inactive for at least one year
