Unexpected Array Element Type error when decorator return type is 2-d array #4

Hi I have a resolved field that is an array of an array of strings.

@ResolveField(() => [[String]])
  async functionName(@Parent() parent: ParentEntity): Promise<string[][]> {
    return ...
  }

I get the Error: Unexpected Array Element Type - please contact the author of the rule error when I run the linter.
