Anti-personnel mines spawning at the wrong height on superflat worlds #1702

Pretty self explanatory, since i constantly need large flat spaces to test builds or record, i have noticed that the anti-personnel mines that usually spawn to scare the sh*t out of the player when they're just minding their own business, spawn one block under the ground, leaving a hole

Thats it, oh also, THE BERKELIUM RTG PELLET HAS NO RECIPE
