Release v0.2.16

+Deck importing now also supported for hearthstoneplayers, tempostorm and hearthhead! (hearthhead has trouble sometimes)
+Player and opponent opacity can now be set seperately

*Finally fixed handcount, deckcount and card-age being wrong, yay!
*Should no longer crash when there's problems with update checks.
