platform.txt wrongly disables and enables c++ exceptions.

see https://github.com/HelTecAutomation/CubeCell-Arduino/blob/master/platform.txt#L41

[...] -fno-exceptions -fexceptions  [...]

eliminating -fexceptions eliminates the __gxx_personality_v0 linker section, which frees up ~7kB of flash.
