Dear developer,

In case you are still around, I have come upon the "Internal Pandora Error" while trying to use Hermes with an HTTP proxy (the proxy address works with the pianobar package).
The fact that "An error has occurred with Pandora" seems to be tied with the proxy usage since if I turn off the proxy setting, I simply get the message that Pandora isn't available in my country.
I have tried looking around other issues and the problems doesn't seem to be related to certificates. I also use Mojave so Catalina isn't at fault either ;)

Cheers!

I maintain the updated universal intel arm Hermes fork and tried to fix it but do not have m1 to test. I believe some of it is the router or pandora may block proxies now. I kept getting timeout settings when using a proxy. Anyway here is my link to beta source code and updated build. https://github.com/dtseto/Hermes-master/releases/tag/v132b4pre

I wouldn't be surprised if the proxy code in Hermes isn't great. I don't think it's been tested much. Overall Hermes' network support isn't terribly robust and should probably be rewritten with modern standards/technology. Thankfully networks are getting better so it isn't as bad as it could be!
