I doubt this exists already.

While waiting for a COM management playbook, you'll have to create your own, by POSTing an empty body toward:
{{BmcURL}}/redfish/v1/Managers/{{ManagerId}}/Actions/Oem/Hpe/HpeiLO.DisableCloudConnect as documented here.
