Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a user, I would like my district council to already be chosen for me. This is because I may not know which district council I belong to.

Describe the solution you'd like
Location tracking using my phone's geolocation to tell me which district council I belong to.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Better search functionality which guides me to my district council is also a good alternative, and may be quicker to implement:
