Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a user, I want to share a specific snapshot of the dashboard with other people. For instance, I want to share my DC selection on the dashboard in my family's WhatsApp group so they can easily see what I see.

A URL that's specific to my view of the dashboard which I can share with other people.

There are probably packages that do this nicer, but the one above does not seem to require any additional packages.
