Yes, ACCIDDA grant deliverables re independent usability / improved user interface|experience.

Describe the solution you'd like

Inference with flepimop should "feel" like simulation to users, so the CLI should be flepimop calibrate ..., whether using the python or R approaches to inference.

internal to the package, the calibrate entry point should make use of the shared_cli module.
