Might not be an issue, but TAD-fusion-score does not appear to run properly on MacOS (v High Sierra 10.13.6). It compiles without any errors reported, but when running the testing command from the README, all coordinates report a score of "0".

I was able to successfully compile/run the code on an Ubuntu system so, again, not too much of an issue.
