AppControl Manager

Hi AppControl Manager looks great, but i'm struggling to open it.

I run the install command (irm 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/HotCakeX/Harden-Windows-Security/main/Harden-Windows-Security.ps1')+'AppControl'|iex it looks to complete OK, but i cant find where to open it?

Hi,
use the start menu, all apps go there, or use search in Windows. The installation process is just like any other app you would install from store.

Here are some screenshots if you've configured start menu to not show app icons. You can see all installed apps by selecting "All"

Thanks for this, i thought that should be the case, but its not there. searching using powershell suggests it is installed...any advise?

i've managed to open it using powershell, there were no shortcuts in the startmenu....what could this be?

I have no idea at the moment. Maybe you have a configuration or policy on your end that causes this. When I install it on any other systems the icon becomes available in start menu and "AppControl Manager" shows up in start menu's search.

its more than likely a policy our side, i'll investigate and let you know what i find.
