vlc not working

VLC doesn't work, it doesn't even close without killing it. I wonder the reason for this problem.

I see, Any reasons of using vlc, except for the fact that it is only a dependency of a package in HyDE? Will you try to use mpv?

phonon-qt6-vlc is package for video thumbnails in dolphin. The only issue with this one is it requires the whole VLC.

The problem is solved but the scaling is not correct

exit all vlc instances and run this env -u DISPLAY vlc.

Maybe VLC v4 will have a smoother Wayland support. v3 is not yet ready
