Contribution Guidelines

Please note that this project is released with a Contributor Code of Conduct. By participating in this project you agree to abide by its terms.

Contribution and suggestions are welcome! Simply

  1. Fork this repository
  2. Make a change to README.md. You can use GitHub Flavored Markdown
  3. Submit a pull request. At best, select a useful title (i.e. avoid pull requests with Update README.md as a title).

Please ensure your pull request adheres to the following guidelines:

  • Please search previous suggestions before making a new one, as yours may be a duplicate. Keep the alphanumeric sorting to make this task easy.
  • Please make an individual pull request for each suggestion.
  • Use the following format: [RESOURCE](LINK) - DESCRIPTION - (if available: REFERENCE to the paper where this resource is used, with a link to DOI, PubMed, bioRxiv).
  • Keep descriptions short and simple.
  • End all descriptions with a full stop/period.
  • Order projects alphabetically within each category.
  • Check your spelling and grammar.
  • New categories, or improvements to the existing categorisation are welcome.
  • (If you did not contribute yet to the repository) Append your name and GitHub handle + link to your profile in the list of Contributors.
