Better syncing of state after User or Group Settings changes in WebView

Track whether User Settings change, re-fetch currentUser on exit of area. Track whether Group Settings changed, if so re-fetch selected Group on exit of area.

A couple of these things we're already doing, but it needs a careful pass to catch more cases and handle them better.
