[Ultica-ISO] Cleanup (#2250)

* Update tile_info.json

- changed z-level height to 108px
- added conception of floor thickness (12px below baseline)
- retraction marked obsolete
- removed unnecessary spaces
- removed filler section that completly coverd by new sprites (trees on 'large' tiles)

* removed unused folders with filler sprites
