Make stepladder item horizontal so it's clear it can't be climbed #2145

Stepladders (wooden and aluminum) can have two forms: as carryable items or deployed furniture. In furniture form they can be used to climb up and, as of very recently, to safely descend from roofs. They can't be used for climbing when in item form.

I've noticed that in the default UltiCa tileset, a stepladder item is vertical and unfolded, while the furniture is folded and vertical with respect to the screen. It actually looks like a bit like it's sitting on the ground in its climbable furniture form. When playing with 3D view, stepladder items on a lower floor look like they should be climbable.

To avoid confusion and unintended faceplants, I suggest making the item sprite for all stepladders horizontal. For UltiCa in particular, I might suggest switching the furniture and item sprites and rotating the current furniture sprite to act as the new item sprite.

I'm trying to use the overlay ones for when you're carrying it for the item versions bc they seem more appropriate but I'm not very happy with my tweaks, the current item ones defo make more sense as the furniture version tho
