Rename Files and Remove unneeded Files

Files need to be renamed to match the new board name for the sake of consistency "SimpleSBC" instead of f1c100-business-card.

There are also number of files that should be removed given several items have been up streamed since the original designs were done which we're basing our work off of.

@Santigf12 if you take on any of this make sure to check both that the bin file compiles and that it still works on the real hardware after the changes.
