Unclear how to get key pair for integration environment

The docs make abundantly clear that you need separate API keys / Client-side integration key-pairs for the integration environment (https://operator-integ.uidapi.com).

What the docs do not make clear is how to acquire these keys and/or how to assign/create keys specifically for the integration environment. The portal for key generation contains no mention of environments or environment settings.

If these keys can only be acquired by explicit request to staff, or only after an admin grants the account access to the integration environment, or something else of that nature, that's fine, but it would be great if it were mentioned somewhere in the docs.
