I think http:// should be ftp:// here:
https://github.com/IARCbioinfo/Imputation-nf/blob/master/bin/Preparation.nf#L74

Even after changing this I have the following error in the Download process:
No such file ‘ALL.chrY_GRCh38.genotypes.20170504.vcf.gz.tbi’.
