Dear maintainer,

I wonder what is the status of this repo, as I see there is no nf-core pipeline that does imputation. This repo would fit well, so I wonder what happened...?

Thanks and cheers, Richel Bilderbeek

Hi Richel,

That is a good recommendation. Nevertheless the people who developed it now left IARC to pursue their careers and I am not sure if they have the bandwidth to do it. I am letting them answer and see what they do @aurelieGabriel @Lipinski-B

Thanks for your interest in our pipelines,

best,

Nicolas

Dear Richel,
Thank you for your interest in our pipeline.
I think there is still quite a lot of work to do to adapt the pipeline to the nf-core guidelines. As Nicolas mentioned, @Lipinski-B and I are now working on different projects and institutes. As far as I am concerned, I will not have enough time in a near future to adapt the pipeline. However, I am happy to discuss and answer questions that may arrise if someone is willing to do it.
Best wishes,
Aurélie
