The text for the element description currently says:

A longer, human-readable description containing a
meaningful description of the activity. May be repeated
for different languages.

This actually is not accurate anymore in 2.01 and 2.02: the description may be repeated for different types of description. Within each description, multiple narrative elements can be used for different languages.
