IATI-Stats support for version 2.03

Further to #118, there are additional changes needed to fully support v2.03;

• Add any additional boolean attributes to https://github.com/IATI/IATI-Stats/blob/master/stats/dashboard.py#L561-L577
• Add 2.03 to list: https://github.com/IATI/IATI-Stats/blob/master/stats/dashboard.py#L1237-L1238

I just spotted this bug and was about to create an issue. So +1 for fixing this one.

I’ve done some work on the second of the two checkboxes.

In terms of the first of the two checkboxes… I’m not sure, but I thiiiink it’s true that the only new boolean is iati-activity/result/indicator/@aggregation-status. Does that sound right?

In any case, adding tests for booleans looks a bit involved, so I’ll leave it.
