Change Logs shouldn't be so prominent, especially given its private page

Brief Description
The second item on 'Home' in the main Registry menu bar is 'Change Logs'. This seems unduly prominent for such a page. This is especially so given that the page is not public, and requires some level of authentication (not sure which types of account can view).
