I think the first sentence could sound better if the word "with" is removed.

file: c_overview_push.html

change:
IBM {{site.data.keyword.mobilepushshort}} is a service with which you can use

to:
IBM {{site.data.keyword.mobilepushshort}} is a service which you can use

please reject if you think the wording is ok
