Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Support installation of Fusion Data Foundation as part of the OpenShift provisioning.

Steps:

  1. Create catalog source: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/1.0?topic=clusters-adding-operator-catalog
  2. Install Fusion: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/storage-fusion/2.6?topic=fusion-installing-storage-microsoft-azure
  3. Configure Data Foundation dynamic storage: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/storage-fusion/2.6?topic=storage-configuring-data-foundation-dynamic
