Log official steps from the documentation during deployment

When deploying Cloud Pak for Data using the deployer, it essentially runs the steps that can also be found in the documentation. Make sure the cpd-cli commands are logged in a special "support" file and point to the log files that capture the errors if they occur. This will make it easier for customers reaching out to product support if there is an issue.

• Log the steps, sequentially
• Create a "support statement" for Cloud Pak Deployer

Also for some teams that needs to deliver to clients the installation guide, the commands executed in a list... or something like that
