Important: The primary platform for the project is RHEL/CentOS 7, only this one is tested and guaranteed to work. For the client side (cfy CLI), also the Debian/Ubuntu systems are documented, but you may experience problems with incompatible interpreters or library versions.

Deploy

Steps to deploy the Gromacs portal:

   4. Access to Gromacs portal source. This code is not open source, request access with us. Approval by the original authors (Alexandre Bonvin's lab) will be required.
