User story

As a Quality-time user I want to to have access to the "inactive branches" metric so that I can track this metric within Quality-time

Acceptance criteria

  • A Quality-time user can add Bitbucket as a source to the "Inactive branches" metric

  • Extend the example reports
  • Add metric "Inactive branches" with Bitbucket as source to the data model

Collector

  • Add a inactive branches collector in source_collectors/bitbucket/inactive_branches.py.

  • Update the reference manual
