Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have discovered that users have issues with configuring the issue tracker and I have found that the documentation (here https://quality-time.readthedocs.io/en/latest/usage.html#issue-tracker) is rather limited.

Describe the solution you'd like
A more elaborate explanation and the use of screenshots.
