None-Ascii-Characters in chat

currently it's not possible to use characters, that are not ascii in chat.
Do we want to latinize them or try to make javascript handle them properly in every case where it does not at the moment?

Could you give an example what kind of non-asci chart is needed to be used in chat?

technically it's impossible to prevent people from typing languages other than english, so expect a full utf-8 range of characters being used.
