Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Offshore met masts are installed in platforms. Currently the data model only has a property for mast height, but that does not describe the fact that a mast can be on top of a platform.

Describe the solution you'd like
Create a new property called mast_datum_plane_height_m similar to what we have in vertical_profiler_properties for remote sensing devices.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The option would be to add the platform height to the mast height but that is not correct.

@abohara thanks for the reply. Probably we should add to mast_properties. If we go in that direction we'd need to add height_reference as a foreign key in that table as well.
