a question about power

I just started using a 15 MW wind turbine model, so this question may be very naive.
I tried to simulate using the default IEA-15-240-RWT-UnimaneSami file and ROSCO controller. I only made modifications to the necessary file paths. However, when：
steady wind speed =10.59 m/s, GenPwr =13.9 MW.
steady wind speed =11 m/s, GenPwr =14.1 MW.
I would like to know if this is reasonable? Is it because I am missing some necessary operations.

Assuming you are using OpenFAST, make sure you let the transients settle. Here is a plot of the first 300sec of simulation across some wind speeds for the floating model with steady wind and steady water.
