This PR addresses the following in the WindIO definition of the rotor:

  • Fix wrong airfoil shapes for FFA-W3-211 and FFA-W3-360,
  • Adjust SNL-FFA-W3-480FB to make TE thickness increase more smooth in the root part,
  • Recomputed all polars for 21%-48% airfoils,
  • Fitted Bezier splines to all planform curves to ensure smooth curvatures, which results in a few minor differences,
  • Remove increase in relative thickness at around 85%, which reduces stiffnesses slightly,
  • Increase resolution to 102 nodes for aero and structure,
  • Various minor adjustments to structural layups.

HAWC2:

  • HAWC2 definition now has 40 sections in c2_def, and 102 sections in ae and blade_st files.

OpenFAST:

  • Add text here Pietro
